ADCOMAT is engaged in the entire process from development to manufacturing of composite plastic materials having various characteristics, with 35 units of 50-180t molding machines that we own. With KISCO's original injection molding techniques, we can achieve resinification of even products which were conventionally hard to convert to resin, such as environmentally-friendly materials, non-magnetic materials, and metal replacements. Especially, in our plant in Thailand, which specializes in the molding technology of nylon (polyamide), we provide molded products used for high-precision and high-performance automobiles and other industrial products.
Annealing treatment of nylon products
Generally, nylon (polyamide) has high absorbency and changes its property and size by absorbing water from the air. If polyamide is molded, it will have a lower tensile strength and impact resistance immediately after molding, as it changes to an "absolute dry condition".
Understanding such property of nylon (polyamide), ADCOMAT can stably supply excellent products with high heat resistance, strength and impact resistance, which are the characteristics of nylon, by using our special steam-type annealing machine.
